STANDARD SLEEP PACKAGE

We will begin with a free initial consultation to introduce ourselves.  Next, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire about your child's current sleep habits. This will assist me in creating a personalized sleep plan that lets you choose which approach will best suit you and your child. We'll put the plan in place and start getting your child on track for better sleep!
